OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS

Omega-3 Fatty Acids are derived from the body oils of deep cold-water fish or flaxseed oil.  They reduce the risk of atherosclerosis and cancer.  They prevent blood platelets from sticking together (makes the blood less sticky); thins the blood and improves blood flow.  They lower bad cholesterol and triglycerides.  They help prevent heart attacks and strokes; lowers blood pressure; enhances the immune system.  They help prevent depression and elevate mood; offers protection against migraines and kidney disease.  They reduce the signs and symptoms of psoriasis, eczema, and rheumatoid arthritis.  They keep the skin, hair and nails healthy.
