MSM

MSM is an organic form of sulfur. Sulfur is the fourth most plentiful mineral in the body. It has many therapeutic properties, from nourishing hair, skin, and nails, to clearing up allergies and digestive problems. MSM is most notably known for its ability to relieve joint pain and inflammation. When rigid tissue cells swell and become inflamed, pressure and pain result. It can restore flexibility and permeability to cell walls, thus allowing water and nutrients to freely flow into cells and allowing wastes and toxins to properly flow out. When fluids can pass through the tissues more easily, MSM helps equalize pressure and reduces or eliminates the cause of pain.
