CAYENNE (capsicum frutescens)Cayenne promotes the cleansing of the entire circulatory and digestive system, purifies the blood, promotes normal blood pressure and pulse rate. It has been used to prevents muscle aches, tiredness, skin blemishes, headaches, rheumatism, ulcers and sore throats. It acts as a thermal nutrient which increases the absorption of herbs and other nutrients. The part of this plant that is used is its fruit. Cayenne, derived from chili peppers, is highly nutritious, containing Vitamin C and B-complex vitamins as well as iron, calcium, and phosphorous.
